Maamwi Noojmodaa Program

The Maamwi Noojmodaa Program is a victim impact/empathy program for adult Aboriginal offenders.  Many Anishinabe individuals who commit offences have been victims of crimes in the past.  Sessions are provided on traditional Anishinabe teachings to help restore self-esteem, balance and build positive decision making.  Clients have the opportunity to understand the impacts of their actions on others, including the victim and community.
