Assist member First Nations in the completion of their capital projects, five-year capital project plans and other related documents related to maintaining developing re-capitalization of all list funded assets. Staff also provides valuable technical services in estimating, planning, and implementation, as well as assist in life-cycle costing, of major and minor capital projects.
UCCMM Technical Services staff provides support and advice on the technical, environmental, financial and economic aspects of the planning, design, construction and operation of infrastructure systems and buildings, including water, wastewater, road and drainage systems and schools.
Staff also provides advisory services to First Nations on how to prepare Terms of Reference for consultants in order that they might carry out engineering studies, contract management and administration as well as preparation of technical documents, and status reports.
